Liam Burke
Founder & Director
Liam Burke has more than two decades of personal overseas property investment behind him, and has been building businesses and reading markets since the age of sixteen, across the restaurant trade, the energy sector, international wine importation and stock market trading. That breadth of experience informs every opportunity Nest Invest Global researches for its clients.
His first overseas property purchase came in 2003 in Bulgaria. His second in Cyprus in 2008. By 2011, he had formalised his approach and established Nest London Property Services Ltd — the company now trading as Nest Invest Global — with the conviction that retail buyers deserve the same quality of market intelligence that institutional investors take for granted, and that institutional capital deserves the ground-level insight that only comes from being there.
Today, Nest Invest Global operates with a small, specialist team of brokers and analysts. Liam remains the principal deal-sourcer, travelling personally to every market the business enters before a single opportunity is introduced to a client.
That is also the role we play between developers and private capital: we investigate emerging-market residential, hospitality and commercial projects on the ground, then translate them into terms a traditional investment mandate can assess, or say plainly when they don’t fit.
Outside the business, Liam maintains a daily meditation and yoga practice — a discipline he credits with the patience to walk away from a deal rather than force one, which is as much a part of Nest Invest Global’s due diligence process as any spreadsheet. Operating ethically, and being willing to say no, matters as much to him as the returns themselves.

Senior Account Manager
Craig brings more than two decades of experience working with private investors, entrepreneurs, family offices and wealth managers on international real estate. He introduces clients to carefully researched opportunities across residential developments, branded residences, commercial assets and resort projects, with a focus on strong underlying market fundamentals.
His approach is built on analysis rather than speculation: due diligence, developer assessment, infrastructure and tourism research, and local market intelligence. It rests on long-term, transparent relationships with investors across the Middle East, Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.
