Liam Burke
Founder & Director
Liam Burke has been building businesses and reading markets since the age of sixteen. His career spans the restaurant trade, the energy sector, international wine importation, stock market trading, and two decades of personal overseas property investment — a breadth of experience that informs every deal Nest Invest Global brings to its clients.
His first overseas property purchase came in 2003 in Bulgaria. His second in Cyprus in 2008. By 2011, he had formalised his approach and established Nest London Property Services Ltd — the company now trading as Nest Invest Global — with the conviction that retail buyers deserve the same quality of market intelligence that institutional investors take for granted.
Today, Nest Invest Global operates with a small, specialist team of brokers and analysts. Liam remains the principal deal-sourcer, travelling personally to every market the business enters before a single property is offered to a client.
Outside the business, Liam maintains a daily meditation and yoga practice — a discipline he credits with the patience to walk away from a deal rather than force one, which is as much a part of Nest Invest Global’s due diligence process as any spreadsheet. Operating ethically, and being willing to say no, matters as much to him as the returns themselves.

Senior Account Manager
With more than two decades of experience advising private investors, entrepreneurs, family offices and wealth managers, Craig specialises in helping clients preserve and grow wealth through strategic international real estate investment. He provides access to carefully selected opportunities across some of the world’s fastest-growing markets, focused on assets that combine long-term capital appreciation, resilient rental income and strong underlying market fundamentals.
Craig’s investment philosophy is built on institutional-level analysis rather than speculation — every recommendation supported by comprehensive due diligence, macroeconomic research, infrastructure forecasting, tourism growth analysis, developer assessment and local market intelligence. Working with investors across the Middle East, Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean, he advises on luxury residential developments, branded residences, commercial assets, resort investments and off-plan opportunities designed to diversify portfolios and generate sustainable long-term returns.
Known for his integrity, transparency and personalised approach, Craig believes exceptional investment outcomes are achieved through trusted relationships, informed decision-making and access to opportunities often unavailable through traditional channels — with a simple objective: helping clients build resilient international portfolios that create lasting wealth for future generations.
